Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://wellnesscenterhouston.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Magnos Health And Wellness Center markets and arranges Family Medicine, Botox, Dermal Fillers, Pain Management, Weight Loss Programs. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Magnos Health And Wellness Center and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Termination. Magnos Health And Wellness Center may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
No Warranties. Magnos Health And Wellness Center disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Magnos Health And Wellness Center's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Magnos Health And Wellness Center from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of TX, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in TX.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
